Linkedin Groups – How I Get 800+ Visits

As I said many time on my blog post in this blog as many webmasters too discussed on the forums that as a part of Google’s ranking algorithm social Medias play important role to pass the ranking signals to major search engines like Google and recently Google conformed that social signal is one of its ranking algorithm.

First of all when it comes any traffic source you need to have more hard work to divert traffic to your blog, on the other end you need more and more smart work to divert the large volume of traffic flow to your blog. Do you agree with me?

I personally believe that the large volume of people who read this post they did not reached 100 visits per day even writing good articles. For those who will not get much traffic, I am going to provide the good solution by this blog post to cross more than 100 visits per day mile stone.

Groups are the Part of social discussion where you can meet folks online to get best deal of a large volume of people attention, because people tend groups to share and get the updates.

When you join groups you can get the whole power of social discussion. With the tremendous growth of web sphere, social media play crucial role to attract large volume of people, it spread messages all over the web with in a fraction of time like How a message spread like wild fire by word of mouth.

People all around the web day-by-day using social Medias to get in touch with the people who dealing with same niche topics to spread or get the informations, almost social Medias pass large volume of traffic to blogs and websites after search engines.

Why I choose linkedin groups?

I started using linkedin for a while 2 months back, initially I promoted my blog posts on my wall and got less responses in terms of visits as you can see in the image below, So I decided to promote my blog posts everywhere on linkedin, I see a lot of people promote their updates on their wall by status message, while some people get tons of traffic flow from linkedin by promoting the updates on linkedin groups.

Initially I joined a linkedin group called as SEO bloggers and never promoted and shared my posts on this groups and thought groups are the things that used by people for social discussions not for generating traffic.

This story was two months ago and now Linkedin is one of my major referral traffic source and I get flow of traffic from linkedin by promoting my blog posts on various linkedin groups, So today I would like to share what I did on Linkedin to get much flow of traffic.

Linkedin group directory is like a blog directory where you can find various niche linkedin groups.

How I turned 10 visits to 800+ visits from linkedin groups?

When I started using linkedin groups to promote my blog posts, I get around 10 visits per day and day-by-day I get to know about various niche linkedin groups by group directory and joined myself on the groups which dealing with related topics to share my updates, Finally one day my traffic from linkedin was boosted from 10 visitors per day to around 50 visits per day and my traffic stats rises like wildfire day-by-day.

Can you guess how many visits last month I got from linkedin groups?

100 visits?

200 visits?

500?

If you guess 500 visits, you are absolutely wrong and your guess is 80% correct.

Now I get around 800+ visits from linkedin groups as you can see in the image below (March month stat)

What I did to get 800+ visits from Linkedin groups?

First I would like to tell one thing that this is not a secret and each and every individual can generate more traffic than me by linkedin groups by this way,

When I post each article, I use “Shareholic” to share my updates to Linkedin groups,

Each time I choose “Post to group(s)” and I personally believe that it is an easy way to share the updates to both on walls and groups from a single share.

We don’t need to share the updates on each and every individual wall of groups when promoting with shareholic. For other buttons on footer to share on social Medias, I didn’t checked yet whether it is compatible to share both on wall and linkedin groups.

My April target from Linkedin Groups

I started using powerfully linkedin groups from 12th of march and got good response in terms of flow of traffic 856 visits on march month and my April target from linkedin groups is 1500 visits and you will be able to achieve more that what I get from linkedin groups.

Final words

There are hundreds of thousands of groups are there in Linkedin to promote your updates, one important thing is if you spam the media by promoting non related or irrelevant niche topic, you may be blocked by Linkedin team, so promote your updates to related niche Linkedin groups.
