iOS 6 supports higher resolution, possibly for iPhone 5
It has been tested that the latest release of iOS 6 supports a higher resolution than that is present on iPhone 4S. It supports a resolution of 1136 x 640 which could be the alleged screen resolution used in the upcoming iPhone 5 with a screen size of 4 inches. It is supposedly also have a newer thinner screen with ‘in-cell’ technology which will be helpful in attaining the tag for thinnest iPhone ever, even beating the HTC One S. It is rumored to have better front-facing camera, faster processor, LTE connectivity, NFC and iOS 6. The NFC will be used with the ‘Passbook’ app that Apple unveiled during the WWDC 2012.
The Apple iPhone 5 price in India will be more than INR 40,000 for the version with least storage space. It will be in direct competition with HTC One X, Samsung Galaxy S3 and Sony Xperia Ion.
