It also has an intelligent feature ‘Smart Stay’ which turns off the screen only when you are looking away from the screen. The processing is done through a 1.4 GHz Quad Core Exynos Processor with Mali 400 MP GPU and 1 GB RAM which is the most powerful processor among all the Android smartphones. It has 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded using the external Micro SD card slot. On the imaging front, it has a 8 MP autofocus primary camera with LED flash and an ability to record full HD videos at 30fps while the 1.9 MP front-facing camera is useful for self portraits and video chatting. It comes pre-installed with Android 4.0 ICS with TouchWiz Nature UX 4.0 on top of it. Other features include Siri-esque S Voice and S Beam for sending large files to other compatible phones.
